Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order | No Returns | Size Exchange Only

At Khalis, every piece is made-to-order with care and intention. Since your garment is produced specifically for you, all purchases are considered final sale.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, colour preference, style preference, or personal preference.

Size Exchange

We offer one size exchange per order, subject to availability.

Eligibility Criteria

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The garment must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
The garment must not have been altered, damaged, stained or otherwise used.
The requested size must be available for exchange.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size. We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order or contacting our customer care team if you need assistance.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, a pickup will be generated by Khalis's courier partner. The customer must hand over the original garment to the courier at the time of pickup.

The replacement size will be dispatched once the returned garment has been received and inspected by Khalis.

Khalis will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement size.

If Your Size Is Unavailable

If the requested size is unavailable, Khalis may offer:

An alternative available size.
Store credit of the applicable product value.

No cash refund will be provided for a size exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a garment that is damaged, defective, incorrectly made, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos.

After verification, Khalis will arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy, as applicable.

Custom / Altered Orders

Garments made using customer-specific measurements or customised alterations are not eligible for size exchange, except where the garment is defective or incorrectly made.
